Salmon baked with herbs and Kaltbach Gold
Ingredients

Herbal mixture | |

100 ml | olive oil |
30 g | of grated Kaltbach Gold |
30 g | chopped pumpkin seeds |
0.5 mug(s) | fresh herbs, parsley and dill |
1 | garlic clove |

Preparation

Preheat oven to 175° C. Place the salmon with the skin down in a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the zucchini in slices and the lemon in quarters. Place around the salmon and add the olives. Drizzle with oil.

In a small bowl mix together olive oil, grated Kaltbach Gold, pumpkin seeds, herbs, garlic, and lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper. Spread it onto the salmon. Bake for 20 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through.
