The mighty rocks of our 22-million-year-old sandstone Cave and the skilled hands of our Cavemasters create something truly bold: our Kaltbach Rustic - rich and tangy. Matured for six months in the unique cave climate, it develops a firm texture and a distinctively tangy flavor, rounded off with subtle fruity notes.
