Kaltbach cheese salad Full of spice with summer flavours

With its high-quality ingredients, you'll love this well seasoned salad redolent with summary aromatics. This has been developed by well-known brand Betty Bossi, specially for KALTBACH. Dive headfirst into summer with this fresh salad. 

  • 220 g KALTBACH Extra Tasty
  • 8 Figs
  • 500 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 2 bread rolls (each weighing approx. 100 g)
  • 1 tablespoons Fig mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoons Salt
  • A sprinkle of Pepper
  • 150 g Baby spinat
  • Cut the cheese into slices, half of the figs into segments and the rest into slices. Halve the tomatoes, roughly chop the basil.
  • Cut the bread rolls in half and distribute the fig slices and half of the cheese onto each piece. Baking: Approx. 5 minutes in the top part of the preheated oven at 200°C.
  • Stir together the mustard, vinegar and oil, and season. Add the fig segments, the rest of the cheese, tomato and basil, mix in the spinach and serve with the bread rolls.
  • Preparation and cooking: approx. 20 minutes (serves 4).
