After refining of 3 months in the cheese dairy, and at least 9 months in our cave, KALTBACH Le Gruyère's AOP flavour matures completely, ensuring a long-lasting aftertaste and an appearance that's almost as delicious as its taste, boasting a glossy patina finish.
