It melts tantalisingly on the tongue, while its fruity, creamy flavours unfold with a hint of walnut. The dark rind on the almost white cheese forms a radiant contrast – the highlight of any cheese arrangement. This cheese is simply irresistible.

Semi-hard cheese, cream, made with pasteurized goat milk. Min. 55% fat in dry matter. Produced in The Netherlands. Developed and matured in the KALTBACH cave / Switzerlande. Available as wheel at the deli counter.
